Refunds

Quas by its nature is a perishable product, so the refund is only available if the item you received was faulty or damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us at hello@quasdrinks.co.uk with the details and photographs of the goods within 14 days after receiving your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the goods are defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If some of the goods in your order were damaged, we will refund you for the damaged goods or send a replacement.
