Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be therefore read alongside our Terms of Service.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping options?

Warehouse Pickup (Free of charge)

Pickup is available from our Warehouse in Edinburgh (36 Colinton Grove, EH14 1DB) Mon-Sun from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please confirm your order collection time in advance (collection@quasdrinks.co.uk). We will make sure your order is ready and there is a person available to assist you.

Delivery (Free of charge)

We offer free-of-charge delivery through the UK via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or APC Overnight.

To ensure same-day dispatch, the order must be placed by 4:00 PM (UK time) Mon-Thu. To minimise the time in transit, orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason for more than five working days, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. We strive to fulfil your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for any delays.

If the goods have not arrived within five working days from the date when the shipping e-mail notification is sent, the customer can either request a full refund or for the goods to be shipped again.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report goods damaged during shipment and if the delivery takes more than five working days from the date when the shipping e-mail notification is sent.
