Only credit/debit cards are accepted for payment through Shopify. Payment will be taken when the order is placed. Payments by credit card are processed through a secure server. Your financial information is not stored by Quas Drinks. Your personal information is never shared with a third party.
We strive to fulfil your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable for any delays.
If the goods have not arrived within five working days from the date when the shipping e-mail notification is sent, the customer can either request a full refund or for the goods to be shipped again.
It is the customer’s responsibility to report goods damaged during shipment and if the delivery takes more than five working days from the date when the shipping e-mail notification is sent.
Except for the above-mentioned return, we will not be obligated to give you any compensation.
Quas Drinks is not liable to compensate for lost wages due to unsuccessful or late deliveries.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customers are responsible for following the storage guidelines, as described on the product page and on the, can label. Quas Drinks is not responsible for any harm caused by customer negligence.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the products are defective, in which case the shipping fee will be compensated. Unless the return involves faulty or damaged items, a refund (excluding the shipping fees) will be issued once the goods are received in our warehouse.
